By Car

Northbound:
I87 (NYS Thruway) to exit 15A. Make a left at the end of the ramp on to Route 17 North. Drive approx. 8 miles through Sloatsburg and Tuxedo. Look for left turn lane sign Greenwood Lake/Sterling Forest. At this light, make a left to continue on Route 17A. Continue through historic Sterling Forest approx. 7 miles. Make a left on Teneyck Avenue. Teneyck Avenue turns into Sterling Road. Waterstone Inn will be on your left # 62. Pull up the driveway to the parking area behind the house.

Southbound:
I87 (NYS Thruway) to exit 16, Harriman (Woodbury Common Premium Outlets). Make a left on to Route 17 South.

By Bus

From NYC’s Port Authority take the 196 (Warwick-Ringwood) bus to the Greenwood Lake Park & Ride stop (Greenwood Lake Library).  For schedule click here www.njtransit.com. Waterstone Inn is approximately 0.5 miles (10 minute walk, Waterstone Road to Sterling Road) from the Park & Ride.
